PROJECT CONTENT – CIT is a service that offers client intent for pharmacy accounts, plans and benefits. Business is focusing on enchantment of current software capabilities for both pharmacy benefit and client install processes. The goal is to find a solution to improve performance and usability of the application to better maintain efficiency of provided service and great flexibility around what to edit and how, as well as how to apply the results for both clients and users.
DESIGN CHALLENGE – The Healthcare services have significantly changed due to evolving competitors, technological advances, and flexible benefit offerings today. Our business users are expecting the CIT to be upgraded in order to meet those needs for themselves and patients.
