This transformation/enhancement required new ways of working, a hybrid cloud architecture, smart data structure, and rapid but incremental delivery of the product’s features to the market. The review of the GM’s IT infrastructure helped us understand what we’re working with and if any limitations or gaps exist, identify technical requirements for each use case and recommend the best approach when we move into co-execute.
