Appointed to lead the UX team in designing connected vehicle experiences for strategic customers and accelerating the GM Envolve initiative, reimagining B2B2C digital products through innovative, automated solutions contributing to $182.7B in annual revenue. Enabling clients to streamline EV management and coordinate work vehicle operations from a centralized digital platform, integrating OnStar Vehicle Insights, GM Finance, GM Energy, EVGRO, and BrightDrop facility management tools. Supported diverse business segments, including delivery services, remarketing, and Ultium Charge 360. Partnered closely with OnStar Business Solutions leadership and Global Innovation teams to shape NextGen experiences for AI-driven connected vehicle solutions, strengthening customer relationships with GM.

  • Spearheaded innovation by leading the design of 3 new digital products, scaling a team of 7+ product designers within a CX Studio of 340+ designers.
  • Facilitated weekly design reviews, improving design consistency by 25% and reducing revision cycles by 40%, ensuring delivery aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborated on AI-driven solutions for EV routing optimization, DualCam safety enhancements, and visually compelling UX/UI improvements.
